Photography is a passion. Why else would I get up before daylight on a weekend to photograph the sunrise, or leave my family in a hotel room in Moab at 5 AM because the moon would rise in line with Balanced Rock in Arches National Park? My family almost threw me off Dead Horse Point for taking too many pictures at Canyonlands. I am learning to curb my enthusiasm.
I started making photographs with a Kodak Instamatic when I was in my teens. Over the years I have discovered that the type of camera plays a pretty small part in a successful image. I have taken good pictures with cheap cameras and bad pictures with expensive cameras. In the end, it is photographers that make images.
I created this website to share my photography with you. That's all. I hope you enjoy the experience.
